Physics Education Technology(PHET)
PHET is a collection of more than 100 simulations in various subjects for teaching and learning science. The simulations are interactive, fun and free. You can run the simulations online or download it to your computer. The PHET website was introduced to me by a fellow science teacher, back when I taught high school physics a couple years ago. Back then it was mainly used for physics, but more simulations have been added for subjects such as biology, chemistry and math. PHET offers interactive environments that help students explore concepts, both abstract and concrete, in a visual manner.
