  Geo guessr is amazing. My daughter when she was only 3 years old used to go on Google maps and virtually walk around our neighborhood. I used to ask her if she could find her way to the park, to the school down the street and home and she could. She would sit and figure it out. It was amazing to watch her virtually walk around the neighborhood. She is now 9, I showed her this game and her and my 8 year spent over an hour playing on it and guessing where they were in the world. It was really amazing to see them play and have fun all while they learning geography. Geoguessr has also opened my eyes to the educational uses of Google maps at every age / grade level. I knew at an early age she was thinking and problem solving while using Google maps however now that she is older it can teach many more things. This website is an excellent tool to bring into any classroom. The children will play and have fun while learning geographical concepts.
