Have you ever had trouble teaching your students or explaining material? Let me introduce you to Khan Academy. Khan Academy is an online learning tool that helps students learn material taught in school in an easy and engaging way. Khan Academy uses Youtube to produce short lessons for students. This website is also available in many different languages including hindi, italian, turkish and many more. The website helps track your progress, gives you practice exercises, and offers new teaching tools. All of the videos consists of drawings on an electronic blackboard which shows the steps in order to solve your problem. The narrator of the video describes all of the drawings in detail and how they relate to the material being taught. Videos include all of the subjects taught in school and is for students K-12. Khan Academy also includes courses to help students prepare for standardized exams such as the SAT and MCAT. It is the perfect online teacher for your students and is very beneficial for students when at home.
