Starfall-Teaching Children How To Read
Are you a parent or teacher that needs a fun and interesting way to get your students help with reading? If so, then Starfall is your answer. This website teaches children how to read with phonics alongside audiovisual activity. The format of this site is engaging for children and makes learning fun which is vital in order to grab their attention. The interactive videos and games seem more like a sense of entertainment. The site is easy to use since it is aimed for children in preschool through second grade. I had my niece who is in first grade and struggling with reading try out the website for herself. With the use of an iPad she easily navigated through the site and was intrigued for a while. Using this site will now be a part of our after school routine. I highly recommend this website to all parents and educators alike.
