MyFitnessPal

MyFitnessPal is a great website/app to use to help track calories, weight loss or gain progress, nutrition goals, and much more. You can set goals if you want to lose or gain weight and then the app will calculate how many calories, sugars, protein, carbohydrates, and fats you should be eating per day. At the end of each day you can complete your diary and the app will give you a rough estimate of what you would potentially weigh in how many weeks if you ate and exercised like that every day. Users can create their own recipes on their account, or typical meals that they eat and be able to log them more quickly. Logging your meals every day can drastically change peoples eating habits because they are witnessing how many sugars and calories that is being put into their bodies. The app will give you notifications if you have went over your daily intake of sugars and remind you of how many you should be eating a day. You can also set reminders to give yourself notifications to log your meals. I have used MyFitnessPal for over three years and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in watching what they're eating and into fitness!
