Sky view is a really cool app that helps children locate planets, stars, constellations and everything Cosmo related. This is really cool in that you just have to open the app and point it at the sky. It tells you exactly what you are looking at and gives you information for what you are seeing. I have used this app myself before with my own kids and we love it. We were able to locate planets, and look at constellations and various stars. I love this app because it really brings into focus the night sky, when you live in the city you often don’t have a chance to look up at the stars. This app helps bring into focus where to look and what you are seeing. You can planets in the night sky you can even look at constellations stars and planets below the horizon. Overall this is a great app to help spark curiosity about our universe and inspire young astronomers, and astronauts. This app can be used day or night and at any age level they just have to open it up and point it to the sky.
