Top Hat makes it easier. All you need is a personal device, either a laptop, tablet, or phone. Top Hat is a user-friendly lecture app that you download for free on your phone or tablet. As a teacher, you can poll students and ask questions, present your power point slides, track attendance, hold open discussions, and capture student responses in real time--all just from a tablet. There will be attendance codes that you have to type in to answer some of the questions, so even though you will have the app on your phone, the code will only be available to those in class.
