Sparknotes

To be or not to be? What was Hamlet really trying to say? In general, what the heck was Shakespear trying to say in all of his literature? Fear no more! Sparknotes.com has guidelines to help understand Shakespear and other subjects. Sparknotes help students understand subjects from their textbook/teachers that they do not fully understand. First, they have the category, "No Fear Shakespear." This allows students to pull up the actual word by word text from the play and a modern translation on right next to it. This allows students to have more of a grasp of the context. Also, they offer test prep and flash cards options to help students become more prepared for tests.Sparknotes also adds a feature called, "SparkLife." This allows students to take a break from studying and read funny articles or take entertaining quizzes. This source is mainly for high school students. As a former high school student, this website saved my life. I mostly used the tab, "No Fear Shakespear," to keep up on the discussions in classes and write an analysis. This is such a great resource if students are not fully grasping the materials in their classes.
