Khan Academy

Khan Academy is a free online learning center that is available to help students with their struggles in various subjects. From just simple addition math first graders to university level calculus. This is used to help students outside and outside of classes. They can use it outside of classes like a tutoring center however it is online and it is video based with lessons to help make sure that the students understand the lesson. Khan Academy can also be used when preparing for SAT, ACT and other national examinations. Khan Academy helps students understand how to get the right answer and if they get the wrong answer, how to fix it and what it is that they did wrong. It has quizzes/questions to help students take a mock test without pressured to get graded from a teacher or a parent. this will allow the student make mistakes to learn the right answer. It also helps teachers to help explain/having a reference for students to look back at. Khan Academy can be opened through a browser or download the app for free onto your Ipads or phones
