Tech Rocket is similar to an online school, but has so much more to offer for kids. It is a website created for children ages 10-18 to enroll in online courses in computer coding, video game design, and graphic design. This website was created especially for kids who have an interest in engineering design. The programming courses include C++, Python, and IOS, the video game design courses include Minecraft, Unity, and GameSalad, and the graphic design classes include 3D printing and Photoshop. So much to offer for children! The website not only offers course in these subjects, but also includes an arcade for children to go explore games in the various fields of design, and a forum that allows them to safely communicate with other children enrolled in the program. The company also offers tutoring and summer camp options for kids. Subscriptions start at $29/month, include a nice discount for a yearly subscription, and can be canceled at anytime. The up front cost covers all courses, forums, games, and even an exclusive Minecraft server that most kids should go crazy for. This site is definitely a must see if you have a child who is interested in any of the design careers.
