I have very fond memories of Funbrain.com. It has really
improved since I've visited the site last. Funbrain is a website for students
in grades pre-k through 8th grade. It offers hundreds of free interactive
games, books, videos, and printables that help kids develop skills in math,
reading, problem-solving, and literacy. Each activity in Funbrain is labeled
with what grade(s) it is for, and each grade has a ton of activities to choose
from. What is cool about this site is it has many books and videos from authors
and shows that students really enjoy, like Judy
Moody and Teen Titans Go! The games
on Funbrain are wonderful, and they are good practice for school. This is a
great site for leisure time because it is safe, it has academic elements to it,
and it is a lot of fun!
