"Dictionary.com" might seem like something so simple for the classroom it is often overlooked in value. This site is pretty self explanatory, if you are wondering about a word and its definition, or its use in context, this site can be very helpful. You simply hop onto the website, type in the word you need to search, and one or multiple definitions will come up. This is really helpful because of how instant you can learn. My teacher in 6th grade everyday would give us a "word of the day." She would have us go onto "Dictionary.com" to write down all of the words definitions and synonyms as well as putting the word into context. This site was so helpful to expand my vocabulary.
