Slack
Slack is a communication platform, a simpler and safer replacement for email and Facebook messenger. Slack brings all your communication to one platform, allowing for document sharing and archives, as well as discussions. This technology resource is beneficial for teachers and students. For teachers, they can have separate "chat rooms" or channels for communication with each other, their class, the entire school staff, etc. For students, they can have a channel for their class which would include classmates and the teacher, allowing for group discussions, assignment questions, etc. They can also have channels for group projects to communicate with each other. This would be a lot more user-friendly than email, and extremely beneficial for the age group who might not yet have phones.
